RaRa Mart Terms of Use

Welcome to RaRa Mart! These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, mobile application, and services (collectively, the “Services”). You agree to be bound by these Terms by accessing or using our Services. If you disagree with these Terms, please do not use our Services.

RaRa Mart allows you to create an account and log in using your social media accounts, such as Facebook. Using this feature, you authorize RaRa Mart to access and use certain information from your social media profile, such as your name and email address. You are responsible for ensuring the security of your social media account credentials. RaRa Mart is not responsible for any actions taken by or with your social media account.

  1. User Conduct

When using our Services, you agree to:

  • Not engage in any activity that may harm or interfere with the operation of the Services.
  • Not upload, post, or transmit any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RaRa Mart shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including, but not limited to, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Services; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Services; or (iii) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

These Terms and your use of the Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Liberia without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the Services shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in any part of Liberia.
